Our Network
A Network Built for Student Success
OnTrack Greenville activates a broad coalition of schools, public systems, nonprofits, and community leaders to ensure every student has the support they need to succeed. Together, we’re aligning resources, filling gaps, and scaling what works — so no student falls through the cracks.
Whether it’s a trauma-informed specialist in a classroom, a mentor in the hallway, or a financial aid workshop for families, our partners make real impact possible. We don’t just collaborate — we build systems of collaboration.
Part of a National Movement
OnTrack Greenville is more than a local initiative — we’re part of a national OnTrack Movement, a growing coalition of communities working cohesively to keep students on the path to graduation and beyond.
This movement began over 15 years ago, powered by groundbreaking research from Dr. Bob Balfanz at Johns Hopkins University and supported by thought leaders and organizations dedicated to reimagining student support systems.
As an active member of the Grad Partnership, OnTrack Greenville contributes to — and benefits from — a nationwide learning community that continues to evolve to meet students’ needs. The Grad Partnership convenes OnTrack sites across the country, advancing research, identifying emerging best practices, and moving communities beyond early warning systems toward a more holistic, student-centered success model.
OnTrack Greenville also sits on the Grad Partnership’s advisory board — ensuring that Greenville’s local innovation informs national strategy and that lessons from across the country help drive change here at home.
The Strength of OnTrack Greenville Lies in Our Partners.
As a backbone intermediary, we help partners connect, align, and evolve—so that no student falls through the cracks. Whether it’s a trauma-informed specialist in a classroom, a mentor in the hallway, or a financial aid workshop for families, our partners make real impact possible.
We don’t just collaborate—we build systems of collaboration.
