Data

OnTrack Greenville’s Data Dashboard reveals the real impact of our work across Greeneville County: from attendance and behavior trends, to academic progress and early warning indicators. Explore how timely insights are driving interventions that help thousands of students stay on track.

Overview & Introduction

The Early Warning Response System (EWRS) captures critical indicators—attendance, behavior, and course performance—on a daily basis, flagging students who need support. All six OnTrack Greenville schools use EWRS to proactively monitor and drive early intervention.

What the Data Shows

  • Nearly all participating schools show improved attendance and reduced behavioral incidents after adopting the OnTrack system.

  • “ABC” data—attendance, behavior, and coursework—are closely linked to high school graduation success, reinforcing OnTrack’s core focus areas.

  • Rich data dashboards allow staff to identify trends by school, grade, or individual student, enabling targeted support and planning.

How We Use Data to Guide Action

  • EWRS dashboards trigger timely OnTrack team meetings to personalize support.

  • Data drives strategic allocation of resources, informs capacity-building, and frames continuous learning for program improvement.

  • Quarterly and annual reports help the OnTrack network understand progress, test interventions, and update goals.

Data isn’t just numbers—it’s the foundation of our systems-building strategy. By harnessing real-time insights, OnTrack Greenville ensures that every decision—from staffing to support packages—is evidence-based and tailored to student needs.
