Resources for Families

Our Schools at OnTrack Greenville

OnTrack Greenville supports five schools in Greenville County, working to keep students on track for on-time graduation.
More About Our Schools

Partner Programs & Support Teams

Explore resources for academic support, mental health, enrichment, and basic needs — available through our partner organizations at each school.

At each of our five partner schools, OnTrack Greenville connects students and families to a network of resources that support academic success, mental wellness, and community connection. Every school has a dedicated OnTrack Facilitator who works hand-in-hand with the school principal, counselors, and local organizations to make sure students stay on the path to on-time graduation.

These facilitators are trusted champions within the school — coordinating support services, following up with students, and ensuring families have access to the tools they need. Whether it’s tutoring, mental health care, mentoring, or basic needs support, our facilitators help bridge the gap between school and community, one student at a time.
