OnTrack Greenville

Students & Families

Our top priority is to see every student in Greenville graduates from high school on time and is prepared for post-secondary success.

Using an innovative approach, called the Early Warning Response System, students are identified early when challenges take them off-track in attendance, behavior and course performance.

In response, caring faculty, staff, and community partners wrap customized evidence-based supports around students to help them get back on track, including:

  • Free School-Based Health Care clinic providing physical,  behavioral, and mental health (Prisma Health, School-Based Health)
  • Mentoring and case management (Communities in School of Greenville),
  • Summer learning (Building Educated Leaders for Life),
  • Leadership and social-emotional development (Greenville County Schools, Teen Leadership course)

We aim to support parents by creating a space where they can learn best practices, ask questions, and engage with school facilitators and community partners. Parents are invited to join the OnTrack Greenville Parents Group on Facebook where they can access helpful articles and learn about resources available to their student.
